Clutterfly Junk Removal is hiring Clutter Team members now for both weekday and weekend shifts!
We are seeking multiple reliable and motivated loaders/helpers/movers (we call it the Clutter Team) to join our team. Our team members are responsible for completing jobs safely and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. They interact with our customers in-person, and are part of a 2-person team who moves items and loads the truck.
Clutterfly Junk Removal picks up furniture, appliances, construction debris, yard waste, trash, and all sorts of other bulk waste from our customers and get rid of it. We go anywhere in their home they need us to go -- up or down stairs, in attics and crawlspaces, indoors and outdoors. A lot of what we collect is clean and useful and can be donated or recycled. Some of what we collect is very gross and has to go straight to the landfill. Our Clutter Team makes it all happen!
This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work carefully in customer homes and offices, the ability to navigate safely in new areas, and the ability to frequently lift and carry objects up to 75lbs by yourself and up to 300lbs with the assistance of a teammate and appropriate equipment.

Duties
- Politely and professionally interact with customers at each job. Exceptional customer service is our expectation.
- As part of a team of 2, safely load customers' items into the truck for disposal, navigating stairs and narrow passages as required without damaging walls or items
- Bring items to donation center or waste transfer station for disposal
- Follow designated routes for deliveries while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.
- Assist with moving items as necessary, ensuring proper handling techniques are utilized.
- You will be exposed to unsanitary conditions, dust, pollen, pet dander, mud, etc. Appropriate PPE will be provided and must be worn.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in route driving or as a delivery driver is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to lift heavy loads and perform physical tasks associated with moving items (70% of the time)
- Ability to sit inside a motor vehicle for an 8-hour shift (30% of the time)
Pay starts at $26 per hour plus tips, and offer 3 weeks of paid time off per year. Apply through Indeed. No calls please.
