Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Cashier to join our team as a part time/30 hours a week Wednesday,Friday & Sunday . The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while accurately processing transactions. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this skill can enhance customer interactions.

Responsibilities

Operate cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and accurately.
Process customer transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges.
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues.
Maintain a clean and organized checkout and dinning area while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Utilize retail math skills to manage cash handling and ensure accurate financial reporting at the end of shifts.

Experience

Previous experience as a cashier or in a retail environment is preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with cash registers, POS systems, and basic retail math is advantageous.
Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with customers and team members.
Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing the ability to serve diverse customer bases.
