About the Role
We are expanding our pelvic floor rehabilitation program in Northern Virginia and seeking compassionate, professional, and reliable assistants to join our team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity in a supportive medical environment with room to grow.
Prefer Medical Assistant Certificate or above – paid training provided!
Schedule: Start with 1-2 days per week (8-10 hour shift), with strong potential to grow to multiple days based on performance, program needs and location.
What You’ll Do
- Assist our pelvic floor Senior Technicians during patient sessions
- Help with patient setup, equipment, and light administrative tasks
- Provide a comfortable and respectful experience for patients
Key Requirements
- Must be comfortable working with both male and female patients who will have the pelvic area exposed during treatment (professional medical setting with proper draping and protocols in place)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a calm, non-judgmental demeanor
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
- Spanish language skills are a plus (not required)
