This is a part-time, contract position (approximately 20 hours per week) with a flexible schedule, primarily afternoons and weekends.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily operations of apartment communities, including leasing support, and resident communication
- Support efforts to maximize occupancy, rental income, and overall property performance
- Coordinate maintenance requests and work closely with contractors and tenants to ensure timely issue resolution
- Perform and assist with minor repairs (e.g., replacing light bulbs, smoke detectors, blinds, basic upkeep)
- Help oversee unit renovations and ensure timely unit turnovers
- Conduct weekly property and unit inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and curb appeal
- Assist with marketing & showing vacant units and preparing market-ready apartments
- Support administrative tasks such as tracking expenses, maintenance logs, and documentation
- Available for on-call needs, occasional emergencies, and weekend coverage as required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework or degree a plus)
- 0–2+ years of experience in property management, real estate, construction, or customer service
- Background in the trades or construction is a strong plus (handyman work, renovations, maintenance, etc.)
- Comfortable using basic technology (email, spreadsheets, property management software preferred)
- Strong communication skills and a professional, service-oriented attitude
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between properties
