About the Role
We're seeking an enthusiastic and physically capable intro level Video Shooter/Editor Camera and Studio Warehouse Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone passionate about film and camera technology who wants to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic production environment while supporting our CEO.
What You'll Do
- Manage and maintain camera equipment, lighting gear, and studio inventory
- Receive, inspect, organize, and prepare equipment for shoots and rentals
- Load and unload cases, gear, and equipment (requires ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly)
- Travel with the company for on-location shoots (local and out-of-state as needed)
- Keep the warehouse and studio spaces clean, organized, and production-ready
- Assist with equipment maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments
- Provide administrative and operational support to the CEO
- Help coordinate schedules, logistics, and day-to-day operations
- Run errands and handle various tasks as needed
- Work on-site daily at our Washington, DC warehouse/office (remote work not available)
## What We're Looking For
**Required:**
- Genuine passion for film, cinematography, and camera technology
- Physical capability to lift and move heavy equipment cases (50+ lbs) throughout the day
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Willingness and ability to travel for shoots
- Available to work in-person at our Washington, DC location (this is not a remote position)
**Preferred:**
- Familiarity with camera equipment (DSLRs, cinema cameras, lenses, lighting)
- Previous production, or photography/videography experience
- Basic technical troubleshooting abilities
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments

## Physical Requirements
