Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Bartender for morning shifts to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and experience in food and beverage service. This role offers an opportunity to work in a lively environment, providing exceptional service to our guests while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Prior experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings is a plus, along with familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha and Micros.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in the morning hours
- Take orders accurately using POS systems like Aloha or Micros
- Ensure all drinks are prepared according to company standards and customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests professionally and courteously
- Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with inventory management
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards during serving and handling food or beverages
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during shift
Skills
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy mornings
- Excellent customer service abilities with a friendly demeanor
- Experience in food industry settings such as fine dining, nightclubs, banquet halls, or catering is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in hospitality, brewing, or food service roles is advantageous
- Strong communication skills and professionalism in guest interactions

Pay: $22.06 - $40.00 per hour
