Under Par Golf is seeking energetic, hospitality-driven team members to serve as Caddies/Bartenders in our indoor golf simulator venue. This hybrid role combines bay hosting, food & beverage service, and guest experience management. We host leagues, private events, and daily bay play — creating a fun, social environment for golfers of all levels.
We’re looking to add outgoing, reliable Caddies/Bartenders to our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Serve food & alcoholic beverages
- Operate POS system
- Assist guests with simulator setup
- Provide a fun, welcoming experience
- Maintain clean, organized bays
- Support leagues & private events
Requirements:
- 21+ years of age
- Strong customer service skills
- Prior bartending or serving experience required
- Weekend & evening availability is a MUST
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation
- Positive, team-first attitude
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
