Job Summary:
The Logistics Coordinator supports mission operations by coordinating, tracking, and managing logistics and warehouse activities in a secure environment. This role ensures the accurate movement, storage, and accountability of materials while complying with established processes, security requirements, and operational standards.
Responsibilities:

Coordinate and support day-to-day logistics and warehouse operations.

Receive, inventory, store, and issue equipment, materials, and supplies.

Track shipments, deliveries, and inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability.

Maintain logistics records, documentation, and reports in accordance with established. Procedures.
-
Support material movement, staging, and distribution activities.
-
Ensure compliance with security protocols when handling sensitive or classified materials.
-
Coordinate with internal teams to support operational and mission requirements.
-
Assist with audits, inspections, and inventory reconciliations.
-
Support special logistics projects and related tasks as assigned.
Requirements:

Must be a US citizen.
-
Active TS/SCI clearance.
-
Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse operations or logistics support.

Familiarity with basic inventory management and logistics processes.

Ability to accurately track materials and maintain documentation.
-
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Capability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

Successful background and drug screening check.
Preferred Requirements:

Experience supporting logistics operations in a government or defense environment.

Familiarity with inventory tracking systems or logistics management tools.

Experience supporting audits, inspections, or compliance activities.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Prior experience working in a secure or classified setting.
