Screen Printing & Embroidery Warehouse Manager

Position Overview
Zero Limit Lifestyle is seeking a motivated Screen Printing & Embroidery Warehouse Manager to oversee and operate the production side of our apparel decoration business. This role is responsible for running screen printing presses, embroidery machines, heat pressing, preparing artwork for production, and ensuring all jobs are completed with high quality and on schedule.
This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys working with equipment, managing production workflows, and delivering excellent finished products.
Key Responsibilities:
Screen Printing
- Set up and operate manual screen printing presses
- Burn and prepare screens for production
- Load garments and run production jobs efficiently
- Maintain print quality and consistency throughout runs
- Clean screens and maintain equipment after jobs
Embroidery
- Operate embroidery machines
- Load designs and adjust stitch settings
- Hoop garments and maintain proper alignment
- Monitor production to ensure stitch quality
- Trim threads and perform finishing work
Production Workflow
- Check in orders
- Review job orders and production schedules
- Prepare garments and materials for each job
- Maintain organized production area
- Track job completion and notify management of progress
- Ensure deadlines are met
Equipment & Maintenance
- Perform routine maintenance on printing and embroidery equipment
- Troubleshoot basic machine issues
- Maintain clean and safe workspace
Preferred Skills & Experience (not necessary, we will train)
- Ability to operate manual press and embroidery machines
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to lift boxes and stand for long periods
- Good time management and organization skills
Bonus Skills (Not Required)
- Experience with screen printing or embroidery production
- Experience with CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, or digitizing
- Experience with DTF transfers or heat press
- Production management experience
- Apparel decoration industry experience
