About the Role

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to join our multidisciplinary team in Annapolis. This is a part-time position designed for someone who thrives on the operational side of design—the "behind the scenes" magic that keeps projects moving from concept to installation

You will be the backbone of our interior design department, managing logistics, vendor relationships, and project documentation to bring our creative visions to life.

Qualifications: Required

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Business, Administrative Management, or a related field.
Exceptional organizational skills: You are someone who finds peace in a well-organized spreadsheet and a tidy sample library.
Strong communication skills
Ability to reliably commute to our Annapolis office.

Qualifications: Desired

2+ years of experience in a design studio, architectural firm, or high-end showroom.
Basic understanding of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) and the procurement process.
Monday.com or similar project management software.
Familiarity with design terminology and material specifications

A Day in the Life

Tasks

Procurement & Tracking: Requesting quotes, managing purchase orders, and tracking shipments for furniture and finishes to ensure everything arrives on time.
Studio Organization: Maintaining and updating our physical material library and coordinating with sales reps.
Project Support: Assisting designers in preparing client presentations and organizing project folders on Monday.com.
Vendor Liaison: Communicating with outside representatives and contractors to clarify lead times and delivery logistics.
Administrative Flow: Managing procurement timelines, basic FFE budget tracking, and ensuring product orders run like a well-oiled machine.
