- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas by regularly cleaning sinks, dish racks, counters, and floors to uphold health standards.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as basic chopping or ingredient setup when needed to support culinary staff.
- Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware is spotless and ready for use.
- Bypass cross-contamination by following proper food handling procedures during cleaning processes.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage dish flow during busy service times, ensuring timely availability of clean items.
- Follow safety protocols and proper sanitation procedures at all times to maintain a hygienic work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
