Looking for an experienced GM to oversee restaurant operations to include but not limited to; Sales Building / Inventory / COG controls / Food Safety and Sanitation / Food Production / Ordering / Receiving / Recruiting / Scheduling. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years GM restaurant experience in a full service atmosphere. Must be enthusiastically motivated, attention to detail oriented, and have a passion for guest services. Please be advised this position is for a new restaurant located in the BWI airport and badging will be required.
