Looking for an experienced FOH Service Manager to oversee the sales team and to assist in day to day operations to include but not limited to; Sales Building / Inventory / COG controls / Food Safety and Sanitation / Food Production / Ordering / Receiving / Recruiting / Scheduling. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years restaurant experience in a full service atmosphere. High volume experience required. Must be enthusiastically motivated, attention to detail oriented, and have a passion for guest services. This position is at the BWI airport so badging requirements will have to be met.
