It all started nearly 30 years ago with our flagship location, Nacho Mama's Canton then came Mama's On The Half Shell in Canton which opened in 2003, and has since grown into Nacho Mama's Towson which opened in 2016. We are a family owned business who takes pride in our brands and their unique qualities.
Position Expectations:
The Sous Chef is responsible for supporting the Executive Chef in all aspects of the culinary department. The main focus of this position is to create dishes that are visually appealing, cost effective, on trend with market demand, and that set us apart from our competitors. Other focuses will include costing, inventory and waste management, maintaining reasonable labor percentages, and overall upkeep of the facilities.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Culinary Arts or related work experience and have business administration experience.
