What You’ll Do
- Daily Dispatch Huddle Attendance
- Deliver outstanding customer service on every job
- Safely disassemble, remove, and donate, dump customer's unwanted belongings
- Perform on-site estimates and communicate clearly with customers
- Drive a junk truck (Crew Leader role) and ensure safe transport of goods
- Assist with truck inspections and equipment inventory
- Accurately complete paperwork and collect payments
What We’re Looking For
- "Junk Haulers Who Care"
- 18+ for Movers | 21+ for Drivers (insurance requirement)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (Drivers)
- Strong work ethic and positive, team-first attitude
- Ability to lift 100+ lbs repeatedly
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Comfortable communicating professionally in English, Spanish is a Bonus
Experience That Helps (Not Required)
- Junk, hauling, moving, delivery driving, or warehouse work
- General labor, construction, or landscaping
- Box, tow, junk truck or commercial driving experience
- Customer service or client-facing roles
