Phoenix Staging + Design is a fast-growing staging company serving Northern Virginia, Maryland, and Washington DC. We prepare homes for the market by creating emotional connections that help properties sell faster and for top dollar. Our logistics team plays a critical role in bringing each design to life.
The Role
We are seeking a strong, dependable, and professional team member to support our staging installations and breakdowns.
You will be responsible for loading, transporting, and installing furniture and decor in occupied and vacant homes. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, care for inventory, and respect for client homes.
Compensation:
$18 - $24 hourly
Responsibilities:-
Load and unload staging furniture, artwork, and accessories, ensuring all items for project are on the truck using crew reports

Safely transport items to and from job sites

Assist with staging installations and breakdowns

Protect and maintain inventory during handling and transport

Follow the direction from designers and team leads on-site

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment

Communicate clearly with team members throughout each project

Drive a 16’ Box Truck to and from projects
Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For

Physically capable of lifting 50 to 100 lbs consistently

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Team player with clear communication skills

Punctual, reliable, and respectful of time commitments

Detail-oriented with pride in quality of work

Professional appearance and willingness to wear company apparel

Valid driver’s license is Required with clean driving record
