Now Hiring: Full-Time Material Handlers (Inside/Outside Warehouse) – Springfield & Lorton, VA
$18–$25/hour | Full-Time | Multiple Openings
Are you a dependable, hardworking professional with strong warehouse or driving experience? We’re looking for serious, reliable Material Handlers to join a busy auto glass operation supporting inside and outside warehouse functions in Springfield or Lorton, VA.
This is a full-time evaluation hire opportunity through Express Employment Professionals, giving you the chance to prove your skills on the job while working toward long-term placement with a national company with great benefits. This is not a temporary position.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate sit-down forklifts to move, load, and organize materials
- Load/unload trucks and manage warehouse inventory
- Perform general warehouse duties (picking, packing, staging orders)
- Drive a 26 foot box truck (with air brakes) for deliveries (as needed)
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience in at least ONE of the following:
- Sit-down forklift operation (high proficiency required)
- Box truck driving with air brakes endorsement/experience
- Solid work history with positive references
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to commit to a full-time schedule
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors as needed
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs; stay on feet length of shift
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
Note: Candidates with BOTH forklift and driving experience are highly preferred—but if you excel in just one, we still want to hear from you!
