Job Title: Kitchen Assistant (Prep & Grill Support)
Location: Olive Lebanese Eatery – Herndon, VA
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Olive Lebanese Eatery is a fast-growing Mediterranean restaurant known for fresh, high-quality dishes and a welcoming team environment. We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Assistant to join our Herndon location.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily food prep (chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, etc.)
- Support grill station as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and work areas
- Wash dishes and ensure proper sanitation standards
- Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines
Requirements:
- SafeServe (Food Handler) Certification preferred
- Previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred
- Ability to work as a team
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Punctual and dependable
- English Language Skills required
