Summary
Servers are responsible for welcoming guests, taking food & beverage orders and providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests outside on the Patio.
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables.
- Assist with menu recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the patio.
- Preparing/ setting up the patio tables
- Clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness per health & safety standards
- Other tasks and responsibilities assigned by managers
- Adhere to VA ABC laws and service standards
- Hourly rate of $5 plus Tips!
Requirement
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
- Refined verbal communication skills.
- Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time outside.
- At least 1 year of serving in a fast-paced restaurant
- Strong knowledge of food & beverage
- This is a seasonal position (May to End of September) and requires flexible availability for the season, including weekends, AM, PM shifts and holidays.
