Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Assistant supporting the organization and management of event décor and furnishings. This role ensures accurate tracking, efficient workflow, and readiness of materials for production and on-site installations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in receiving, organizing, and labeling incoming inventory and event materials.
Track décor items, furnishings, supplies, and tools to maintain accurate stock levels.
Aid with loading and unloading items for events and warehouse storage.
Support preparation and packing of event materials for delivery and setup.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
Communicate with warehouse and design teams to fulfill event-specific inventory needs.
Conduct regular inventory counts and update inventory systems.
