Overview
We are looking to grow our dynamic catering team by adding several Event Chefs, Bartenders and Floor Servers to help create unforgettable experiences for our guests! These roles offer the opportunity to work at a variety of events, from elegant weddings to lively corporate galas banquets and intimate social gatherings. You will be the friendly face ensuring professional service, exceptional guest relations, and seamless event execution. Responsibilities - Bartenders and Floor Servers
- Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding guest services throughout events
- Assist with food and beverage service, including serving, bussing tables, and replenishing supplies
- Support food handling and food safety protocols during event setup, service, and cleanup
- Help with food preparation tasks as needed to ensure timely delivery of dishes
- Maintain cleanliness of event spaces, including clearing tables and organizing service areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth coordination during events
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries or requests to enhance their experience
Responsibilities - Event Chefs
- Ensure all food, equipment, tools, and supplies are properly prepared, transported, and organized for each event.
- Supervise the on-site kitchen team and lead pre-event preparation, service, and breakdown.
- Maintain food quality, presentation, labeling, and compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth event execution.
- Oversee post-event cleanup, packing of leftovers, return of equipment, and accurate staff sign-out.
- Maintain a professional appearance and enforce workplace standards during events.
General Requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry, catering, or hospitality is highly preferred
- Knowledge of guest relations, customer service, and food handling standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending
- Experience with banquet service, restaurant operations, or hotel food service is advantageous
- Strong communication skills, preferably in English and Spanish, and a positive attitude
- Familiarity with food safety practices and basic food preparation techniques
- Previous beverage service experience is a plus but not required
