You’ll receive hands-on training and mentorship while teaching clients about financial empowerment as well as selling insurance policies. In this role You’ll help people protect their futures, deliver top-tier service, and build lasting client relationships.
THERE IS NO BASE SALARY. This is a commission and bonus-based opportunity with a payout every Tuesday and Friday of the week.
Duties Include:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients’ insurance needs, provide financial literacy education, and recommend coverage solutions that align with their goals.
- Foster long-term client relationships by delivering proactive communication and outstanding customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Marketing: Proactively attract new clients through our proprietary training system, networking, referrals, and community outreach (Note: We do not buy leads, we do not cold call). Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive new business growth.
- Customer Service: Deliver ongoing customer support by assisting clients with claims, policy updates, and renewals.
- Policy Management: Prepare and deliver insurance proposals, clearly explain policy features, and guide clients in selecting the coverage that best fits their needs.
- Client Consultation:Meet with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide recommendations on coverage options.
- Record Keeping:Keep track of accurate records of client interactions, policy documentation, and sales activity
- Professional Development: Stay current with industry trends, new products, and regulatory updates to strengthen your expertise and effectiveness. Candidates must hold a valid insurance license or be willing to obtain one within the required timeframe. A proactive approach to learning and ongoing professional development in the financial services and insurance industry is essential.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred but is not needed.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- No prior experience in finance or insurance is required; just be open to mentorship and learning something new.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Hold a valid insurance license or be willing to obtain one. Our team provides the education and resources needed, and licensing can typically be completed within 1–2 weeks.
- Ability to build strong relationships and trust with clients
