In-Home Sales Representative – Remodeling

Capital Remodeling is a top-rated home remodeling company with nearly 40 years in business, serving homeowners across the Mid-Atlantic. Due to continued growth, we’re hiring In-Home Sales Representatives to sell windows, kitchens, bathrooms, and other remodeling services.
This role is ideal for experienced sales professionals who want to earn high income by meeting with homeowners and presenting remodeling solutions during company-provided appointments.
No cold calling. No self-prospecting. Just meet with homeowners, present solutions, and close the sale.
Sales Representative Responsibilities
- Run pre-scheduled in-home sales appointments with homeowners
- Present remodeling solutions including windows, kitchens, bathrooms, and exterior upgrades
- Assess customer needs and take basic measurements
- Prepare proposals and discuss pricing and financing options
- Close sales and ensure a great customer experience
- Maintain professionalism and follow-up with customers as needed

Requirements
- Sales experience preferred (home improvement sales a plus)
