Join our growing chiropractic practice dedicated to helping patients recover, heal, and improve their overall wellness. We are looking for a friendly, motivated Chiropractic Assistant to support our team and provide excellent patient care. No experience? No problem! We provide full training and guidance to help you succeed in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients with a warm and professional attitude
- Assist the chiropractor with patient preparation and treatment procedures
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records
- Educate patients on exercises and wellness care plans
- Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment
- Handle basic administrative tasks, including answering phone calls and verifying insurance
- Coming up with social media content
Requirements:
- Must have Maryland Chiropractic Assistant (CA) License or willing to get Maryland Chiropractic Assistant license when hired ASAP
- Bilingual in Spanish highly recommended (not required but preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must be comfortable with using a computer and technology.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
Qualifications
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
- Organizational and clerical experience
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks
- Familiarity with office management and multi-line phone systems is a plus
