Starting pay is $18/hr with pay increases:
- $20/hr after 60 days
- $22/hr after 90 days
- $24/hr after 1 year/program completion
We’re hiring mechanically inclined individuals for our 12-month Technician Apprentice Program. This is a structured, hands-on training program designed to turn you into a high-earning Field Service Technician with your own company truck. You will be working, learning, and earning from day one.
- Hands-on training in the shop and in the field
- Direct mentorship from experienced technicians
- Real-world troubleshooting and repair experience
- Industry certifications (Forklift Operator, Crown Equipment, PM Certification)
- A clear path to an independent, field-based technician role
- Safety training & equipment operation
- Preventative maintenance basics
- Introduction to electrical, hydraulic, steering, and traction systems
- Ride-alongs with experienced technicians
- LP systems & transmission repair
- Battery, charger, and electrical diagnostics
- Working on a variety of forklift types and specialty equipment
- Increasing hands-on responsibility in real service calls
- You’ll have structured check-ins at 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year to track your progress and set you up for success.
- Take home a company truck + gas card
- Start and end your day from home (no daily shop time)
- Work independently at customer sites
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain forklifts and equipment
- Earn competitive hourly pay + overtime
- Starting rate of $18/hr as an apprentice, earning $24/hr once you finish the program, with the ability to grow and earn up to $50/hr based on experience + overtime

- Basic tools (or willingness to acquire them)
