Rosetta currently has an opening for Full Time Back of the House team member (Sandwich Maker/Pastry Assistant/Dishwasher) to join our team.
Skills necessary to be successful for BOH (Sandwich Maker/Pastry Assistant/Dishwasher):
- Communicates with Chef daily to obtain daily production schedule and preparation requirements.
- Prepares items on production log, such as peeling, slicing, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables following quantity, quality, and recipes.
- Prepare pastries, including preparing doughs and fillings, proofing, baking, and decorating as appropriate.
- Carries pans and trays of food to and from work station to front of the house, following safety standards.
- Stores prepared food in designated areas in accordance with wrapping, dating, and food safety rotations.
- Complies with all federal, state, and local health sanitation regulations and sanitation procedures.
- Adheres to following established recipes, quantity, and quality guidelines.
- Operates and cleans equipment after each use.
- Ensures the FOH is always fully stocked and works with the FOH team for any special request.
- Maintains work area clean and sanitize at all times.
- Works as part of the team with both FOH and BOH
- Requires to work in a fast-paced environment, and stands for a long period of time
- Must be willing to adhere to Rosetta Bakery Uniform & Food policy
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Schedule:
We currently have openings for Full-Time positions in both morning and afternoon shifts, weekends mandatory.
