What You’ll Do

As a Bartender, you’ll be at the center of our food and beverage experience—crafting high-quality drinks, engaging with guests, and supporting smooth bar and restaurant operations.

Craft Exceptional Beverages
Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision, consistency, and creativity
Deliver Memorable Service
Provide warm, attentive, and personalized service to guests at the bar and in the dining area
Know Your Menu
Demonstrate strong knowledge of drink offerings, ingredients, and pairings to enhance the guest experience
Engage Guests
Create a welcoming, social atmosphere that encourages repeat visits from both travelers and locals
Collaborate With The Team
Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and leadership to ensure seamless service
Uphold Standards
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, as well as responsible alcohol service practices

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

Previous bartending experience in a full-service restaurant, hotel, or upscale bar environment
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, mixology techniques, and beverage trends
Familiarity with POS systems (Micros preferred)
Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
A polished, professional demeanor with a genuine passion for hospitality
Ability to multitask and stay composed in a high-energy setting
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and local regulations
