Duties
- Experince in Toast POS is a plus.
- Provide detailed menu descriptions, recommend specials, and upsell items to enhance the guest experience while increasing sales.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards.
- Requirements
- Previous experience of atleast 3 years in High end restaurant environments ( Steakhouse or Fine Dining) is required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations professionally.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately.
