As a vital member of our beverage and service team, you will craft exceptional drink experiences and provide seamless tableside service, all within one of the most spectacular waterfront settings on the Eastern Shore. Scope of Responsibilities:
- Craft Exceptional Beverage Experiences: Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and consistency, following house recipes while upholding the elevated standards of a luxury waterfront venue.
- Deliver Genuine Guest Hospitality: Welcome every guest with warmth and enthusiasm, communicating with energy and attentiveness that transforms each visit into a personalized and memorable experience.
- Curate the Bar Presence: Maintain an impeccably arranged and visually compelling bar environment, ensuring bottles, glassware, and garnishes are thoughtfully displayed in alignment with the property’s luxury aesthetic.
- Provide Seamless Tableside Service: Support the dining room by delivering food and beverages with professionalism, demonstrating complete knowledge of Vue’s menu offerings to confidently guide and elevate the guest experience.
- Operate with Precision and Integrity: Process orders accurately using the point-of-sale system, manage cash responsibilities with accountability, and handle all forms of payment efficiently and with care.
- Champion Responsible Service: Verify guest identification, actively monitor alcohol consumption, and apply TIPS guidelines with confidence escalating to management when appropriate to ensure the safety and well-being of every guest.
- Anticipate and Elevate: Remain one step ahead of guest needs, responding proactively and collaborating fluidly with the team to sustain a seamless, high-energy service flow throughout every shift.
- Uphold Cleanliness and Operational Standards: Maintain an immaculate bar and dining environment including glassware sanitation, side-work execution, and table maintenance to preserve the integrity of the guest experience at all times.
- Represent the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club Brand: Arrive in impeccable uniform and personal presentation, embodying the professionalism, energy, and warmth that define the Wilson Cove standard in every guest and team interaction.

Compensation:
Preferred Requirements:
- Previous bartending experience in an upscale, fine dining, or high-volume hospitality environment.
- Strong customer service skills with a professional, welcoming, and energetic demeanor.
- Familiarity with catering or banquet service is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to perform with excellence in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
