Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to understand and respond to individual guests’ needs and requirements.
- Able to work at a rapid pace while maintaining attention to detail; ability to multi-task.
- Good communication and ability to promote sales.
- Must maintain a level of professionalism and communicate effectively.
- Able to tolerate pressure and work calmly and efficiently during busy times.
- Must handle guest complaints according to the policies and procedures.
- Ability to work independently.
- Full time flexible hours are required (able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays).
- Previous Service or Fine Dining Experience a plus
- Familiarity with French and/or Spanish language a plus.
