Responsibilities
Assist servers by delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately to guests’ tables. Support the kitchen team with food handling, preparation, and bussing duties to maintain cleanliness and efficiency. Ensure all food safety protocols are followed, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation practices. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders and transactions efficiently. Help set up banquet events, including arranging tables, linens, and service stations to ensure seamless event execution. Buss tables quickly and courteously, maintaining a clean and inviting dining area throughout service. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and guest needs.
Experience
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. Familiarity with food handling procedures, food safety standards, and restaurant operations enhances your ability to succeed in this role. Experience with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is a plus. Banquet experience or hotel hospitality background can be advantageous for supporting special events. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential for providing excellent guest services. Kitchen or culinary experience supports understanding of food preparation processes. Prior roles involving serving, bussing, or food safety demonstrate your readiness for this energetic position.
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
