About the Role
This position offers a dynamic blend of responsibilities, including serving, bartending and designated lead shifts. As a Shift Lead, you’ll not only deliver excellent service to our guests but also help guide and support the front-of-house team during your leadership shifts.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as both a server and bartender
- Previous leadership or shift lead experience is strongly preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and keep the team motivated
- A passion for hospitality and genuine interest in Italian cuisine and culture
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to guests during serving and bartending shifts
- Oversee daily operations during lead shifts, ensuring smooth service and team collaboration
- Assist in training, coaching and supporting front-of-house staff
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and positivity
- Contribute to maintaining Cheesetique's welcoming and professional environment
