Restaurant Manager

Draper’s is seeking an experienced and driven Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, elevate guest experience, and support a high-performing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to maintain high service standards
- Provide hands-on support during service, resolving guest concerns with professionalism and care
- Manage scheduling, labor costs, and team performance
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain quality and consistency
- Assist with inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Support marketing initiatives, events, and promotions
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience (full-service preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Knowledge of POS systems (Toast experience is a plus)
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
