This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bilingual Client Advisor / Sales Assistant supporting operations at a major OEM dealership. In this role, you will assist customers throughout the vehicle shopping and ownership experience while helping deliver a trustworthy, high-quality customer experience.

Welcome and assist customers in the showroom and throughout the sales process

Support vehicle sales activities and customer followup

Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom environment

Assist with scheduling appointments, preparing paperwork, and coordinating deliveries

Communicate with customers regarding vehicle availability, features, and next steps
