Service Assistants are a critical support to servers, bartenders, and hosts. Our Service Assistants rates start at $14 per hour plus tip out.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality and accuracy of food orders to every guest, including preparation of to go and hotel delivery orders
- Follow the VA Health Department requirements on safe food handling
- Execute expo steps of service and work alongside the culinary teams
- Assist guests with requests
- Restock and organize supplies
- Bus and clean all tables and bar areas
- Trash and recycling removal and conduct floor sweeps
