Job Overview

Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS.
- Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with precision, including processing payments and giving correct change using retail math skills.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and food safety regulations.
- Assist with food service during busy periods, including serving at nightclubs, banquets, or catering events.
- Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing recommendations and creating a lively yet professional atmosphere.
- Manage time effectively during shifts to balance multiple tables or bar stations while ensuring quality service at all times.
- Support the team by restocking supplies, cleaning work areas, and ensuring compliance with health regulations.
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous for efficient order processing.
- Experience in serving alcohol responsibly and knowledge of food safety practices are essential for success in this role.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally and positively.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math for sales transactions, and managing tabs accurately.
- Knowledge of hospitality standards related to brewing, catering, and food handling enhances your ability to excel in this position.
