Overview
We are seeking a skilled and personable Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality, strong knowledge of classic cocktails, and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while delivering attentive and engaging service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide professional, attentive bar service
- Prepare and serve classic cocktails, wine, beer, and specialty beverages with consistency and accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, service wells, and surrounding areas
- Accurately process cash and credit card transactions
- Deliver consistent, high-quality service to bar and dining room guests
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and efficiency
- Maintain strong knowledge of classic cocktails and Greek wines
- Communicate clearly and work collaboratively with servers, bartenders, and management
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Bartender in a comparable restaurant or bar
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and bar techniques
- Ability to perform well in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Experience with TOAST POS systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Warm, personable demeanor with a genuine passion for hospitality
