Full-Service Bartenders
River Hill Grill is seeking qualified bartenders to join our team on either a part-time or full-time basis. We are looking for dependable, guest-focused candidates who can thrive in a fast-paced, full-service bar environment while helping create the energetic, welcoming atmosphere our guests know and love.
As a neighborhood restaurant and bar built around great food, live music, sports, and community, our bartenders play a key role in delivering a strong guest experience from the moment guests sit down.
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to restaurant standards
- Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service to bar guests
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
- Follow all alcohol service laws and restaurant policies
- Assist with bar prep, restocking, and side work throughout each shift
- Work efficiently during high-volume service, live music nights, and sporting events
- Communicate clearly with management, servers, and support staff
- Help create a positive and team-oriented work environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a full-service bar preferred
- Part-time and full-time availability considered
- Sunday availability is required to start
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Sports and live music knowledge is not required, but preferred, as it helps connect with our guests and fits the River Hill Grill atmosphere
- Must be reliable, professional, and team-oriented
