Responsibilities

Safely operate various types of trucks, including box trucks and other commercial vehicles with manual transmissions, ensuring adherence to all traffic laws and safety protocols
Load and unload furniture, boxes, and equipment using proper lifting techniques, forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual methods as required
Drive route-specific delivery schedules efficiently while maintaining accurate delivery logs and documentation
Assist clients with moving belongings, providing excellent customer service throughout the process
Use warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to organize inventory and facilitate loading/unloading procedures
Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the truck and work area at all times
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate daily tasks and resolve any issues promptly

Experience

Prior experience in moving services preferred, especially with box trucks or similar vehicles
Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during loading/unloading operations
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is a must.
Knowledge of route driving, load & unload procedures, and customer service standards
Familiarity with warehouse environments or logistics operations is beneficial
Ability to follow detailed instructions, work independently, and maintain a positive attitude throughout busy days

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
