Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm (30-minute uncompensated lunch break)

Contract Award Contingency: This position is contingent upon contract award.
If you’re detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn, this hands-on role empowers you to play a key part in maintaining the integrity, safety, and comfort of our facilities. You’ll assist skilled tradespeople, perform routine maintenance, and help keep job sites organized and running smoothly—ensuring every repair enhances the well-being of those who depend on our spaces.
- Support building maintenance and repair tasks: material handling, job site prep and cleanup, simple repairs, patching, painting, ceiling tile replacement, carpentry support, small project assistance, and building protection.

Assist with the use of basic hand tools and portable power tools as needed.

Collaborate with maintenance and skilled trades teams to deliver quality service and ensure safety standards.

Help organize supplies, prepare work areas, and perform basic troubleshooting for facilities issues.
- Experience: Previous hands-on maintenance, construction, or related work is a plus but not required—willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are essential.

Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.

Attitude: Commitment to safety, teamwork, service, integrity, and a positive outlook.
