We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Line Cooks to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food in a fast-paced environment, ensuring excellent food safety standards, and supporting the overall dining experience. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and presentation excellence.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients to streamline kitchen operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations.
- Follow food safety protocols and proper handling procedures to ensure health standards are met.
- Support meal preparation for catering events or special functions, adapting to different menu requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods.
- Adhere to all kitchen safety regulations and maintain a positive, team-oriented environment.
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles within the food industry.
- Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
- Experience working in fine dining or restaurant environments is highly desirable.
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and menu plans accurately.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards meal preparation and service.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.50 per hour
