THE MUST HAVES
// At least 6 months of restaurant leadership experience
// At least 6 months of experience managing a P+L
// Food Handlers license or ServSafe certification required
// High school diploma or equivalency
// Able to work evenings, late nights, weekends + holidays
// Experience coaching, training, + developing teams
// Passion for food, delivering top notch service + coaching their team
// Partner + communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
// Enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
// Able to roll with the punches, effectively prioritize + problem solve
// Able to multitask + delegate as needed
