Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook authentic Mediterranean dishes with precision, creativity, and attention to detail
- Supervise kitchen staff, including training, mentoring, and managing daily shift operations

- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste
- Collaborate on menu planning to introduce new dishes while maintaining classic favorites
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards and sanitation protocols
- Coordinate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs and restrictions
- Lead catering events and banquet services, ensuring seamless execution from setup to service

Requirements
- Proven experience in Mediterranean cuisine with a strong background in fine dining settings
- Demonstrated supervisory experience managing kitchen teams in fast-paced environments
