A very unique job in a Brewery/Cafe that is within a bicycle shop.
We are looking for a full time operations manager/front of house beertender/coffee meister.
If you have an interest in beer and coffee, as well as being part of a fun, community-focused small business, this is the job for you.
This job includes managing the daily operations of a small taproom/coffee shop.- weekly scheduling, orders, managing daily opening and closings, and collaborating with other team members to grow the business and community. Bonus, if you are someone who loves marketing and knows a thing or two about social media. Great energy and a passion for hospitality are required.
Days needed (hours may vary):
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 10:30am-3:30pm
Every other Saturday 9:30am-3 pm, every Sunday 10:30am-6pm
Pay is competitive compared to other tipped positions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in management within the food /beer/coffee service industry
- Strong background in hospitality services and comfort engaging with customers and building community.
- Excellent team management and supervisory skills
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
