The Starbucks Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Starbucks location at Howard University. This position ensures excellent customer service, consistent beverage and food quality, operational efficiency, brand standard compliance, employee accountability, and a welcoming campus dining experience for students, faculty, staff, guests, and university partners.
The Starbucks Manager provides hands-on leadership to the team, supports training and development, maintains food safety and sanitation standards, manages labor and inventory, and ensures compliance with Aramark policies, Howard University expectations, Starbucks brand standards, applicable SOPs, and collective bargaining agreement requirements.
The Catering Sales Manager is responsible for driving catering revenue through the development and management of both on-campus and external client relationships. This role focuses heavily on outside sales and non-collegiate hospitality business, requiring a candidate with strong experience in hotel, conference center, or off-premise catering sales.
COMPENSATION: The hourly rate or salary range for this position is $70,000 to $75,000. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
