We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as a Cake Decorator and Cashier. Job Summary
Responsibilites and Duties are but not limited to:
-Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety policies.
-Follow the prep list created by the company.
-Stock all ingredients on shelves so they can be organized and easily accessible, especially in the freezer
-Prepare pastries needed for the day
-Make pre-order cakes and cakes for display
-Make piece cakes needed for display
-Team Player
Minimum Requirement:
-Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment (Mixers)
-Understanding of food safety practices.
-Fexibility to work in early morning shifts.
-Ability to lift and carry at lease 25lbs.
Additional:
-Experience as Baker, Pastry chef or similar role a plus
-Excellent time-management skills
-Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
