Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Manager and Delivery Driver, where you will lead efficient warehouse operations while ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods.
This job will involve commuting between our locations in Manassas and Fredericksburg as well as handling deliveries for our customers to local cities. This position is a 1099. The hours will be full time Monday to Friday, with an occasional Saturday. Having a CDL is a plus however not a requirement.

- Manage daily warehouse operations including inventory control, shipping & receiving, and order fulfillment to ensure seamless distribution processes.
- Supervise warehouse staff, providing leadership in supervising activities such as forklift operation, procurement, and dispatching to maintain productivity and safety standards.
- Oversee transportation planning and logistics coordination using transportation management systems (TMS) and ERP systems to optimize freight routes and delivery schedules.
- Conduct process improvement initiatives utilizing Lean principles and continuous improvement strategies to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce waste.
- Monitor profit & loss statements, budgeting, and supply chain analytics to support operational decision-making and financial health.
- Plan and execute delivery routes as a professional driver, ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to safety regulations and vehicle maintenance protocols.
- Collaborate with 3PL providers, NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier), and other logistics partners to streamline freight movement and inventory management across the supply chain. Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse supervision, operations management, or logistics coordination with familiarity in warehouse management systems (WMS) such as AS400 or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated expertise in transportation management systems (TMS), freight forwarding, shipping & receiving, and fleet management.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced environment; forklift certification is preferred.
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles including demand planning, procurement, production planning, inventory control, and materials management.
- Experience working with ERP systems and supply chain analytics tools to analyze performance metrics and implement process improvements.
- Excellent organizational skills with an emphasis on process improvement methodologies like Lean or continuous improvement strategies.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience in transportation planning and dispatching is highly desirable.
