We are seeking experienced hospitality-driven Servers to join our team at our Mosaic District location. Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, attentive and personalized service to every guest
- Guide guests through the menu with confidence and enthusiasm
- Make thoughtful food, wine, cocktail and beverage recommendations
- Accurately enter orders and ensure timely, seamless service
- Maintain detailed knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients and daily specials
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns with professionalism and poise
- Work collaboratively with kitchen, bar and management teams to ensure exceptional execution
- Maintain clean, organized and guest-ready dining areas
- Clear, reset and prepare tables efficiently throughout service
- Complete opening, closing and side work responsibilities
- Uphold all food safety, sanitation and service standards
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of serving experience in a full-service restaurant preferred
- Proven ability to provide exceptional hospitality in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sales skills, including upselling and menu recommendation techniques
- Wine, beer and cocktail knowledge preferred
- Experience with Toast POS systems and cash handling
- Excellent communication, guest engagement and teamwork skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with Greek cuisine is a plus
- Knowledge of Greek culture and fluency in Greek are a plus but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
