Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Waiter/Server with at least 2 years of service experience in fine dining or higher-end casual restaurants. The ideal candidate is polished, reliable, team-oriented, and committed to creating memorable guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve guests in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
- Present menus, answer questions, and make informed food and beverage recommendations
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate and efficient service
- Upsell specials and featured menu items
- Maintain table settings and ensure cleanliness of service areas
- Handle guest concerns promptly and courteously
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fine dining or upscale casual service
- Strong knowledge of food, and mocktails
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays
