Position Summary:

Guapos Restaurants is looking for great servers who share our love for food and hospitality. Our Servers are responsible for acting as the primary point of contact for customers and providing a positive customer experience. The server will be in charge of increasing consumer loyalty by ensuring that customers have an enjoyable time. Guapos Restaurant is looking for people that can adhere to Guapos professional standards while creating a great experience for our customers.

Job Type: Full-Time (on-site)

Physical Setting: Restaurant Floor

Schedule: Flexible Schedule (Monday to Friday and Weekends) - (Morning shift/Night shift)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Learn each item of Guapos Menu and help customers with inquiries about the menu,
communicate with customers specials and offers.
Ability to learn and use TOAST point of sales system.
Exceed customer expectations by being proactive in taking and serving orders on a timely manner.
Ensure guest have proper silverware and napkins.
Make recommendations about dishes and beverages.
Resolve customer concerns.
Perform financial transactions.
Remove the dishes from the table.
Verify age requirements before selling alcoholic drinks to customers.
Check with kitchen staff to ensure the timely delivery of food and beverages.
Check tables periodically to maintain customer satisfaction.
Make sure the assigned table section is clean and organized before and after their shift
